Helllo :D Okay so i borrowed lots of my Wife's beauty products for this video! There are parts of it that I really like and I also tried to include a larger portion of whispering, instead of a quick 10 mins at the end. However unfortunately, this video was plagued with all sorts of unplanned background sounds (even bird song!) that I can only apologise for. I tried to cut out what I could but if you find some of the buzzing noises too distracting, i've looped it with and without a lovely rainfall sound that should cover most of it.
I'm considering renting a studio or booking a hotel room to block record some videos. The place we're in is lovely but just unsuitable for asmr really :D
Hopefully it can help you fall asleep regardless.

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
