Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sleebi video platform. By accessing or using Sleebi, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you feel any of these terms are unfair, feel free to contact us at sleebi.official@gmail.com . If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Sleebi. Your use of Sleebi is also subject to the Privacy Policy , and if applicable, the Paid Terms of Service and Creator Agreement.

1. Account Creation

To access certain features of Sleebi, you may need to create an account. Only one account per legal person is allowed. Multiple channels can be linked to one user account. Accounts may not be shared. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information; Sleebi is not responsible for any inaccuracies on your account, or legal consequences thereof. Your email address may be used for password recovery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Please let us know if you notice any suspicious activity on your account. If your account has been restricted, banned or terminated, you must not use another account to circumvent these restrictions. Doing so is a violation of these terms and will be met with termination of all your accounts.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Sleebi. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. This is to ensure compliance with any local data protection laws.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Sleebi in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and these terms. You will not:

  1. Upload, transmit, or distribute any content (e.g., text, videos, and images) that you do not possess the copyright to, or content that is hateful, homophobic, transphobic, sexist, racist, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, unpleasant, icky, or otherwise objectionable. You take full legal responsibility for your content and absolve Sleebi of any responsibility for it.
  2. Add any content (e.g., comments, playlists, images, videos) to Sleebi that has been fully generated by AI.
  3. Use Sleebi to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content or other unwanted or mass solicitations (spam).
  4. Access, reproduce, download, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, alter, modify or otherwise use any part of Sleebi or any Content except as specifically permitted by Sleebi.
  5. Circumvent, disable, fraudulently engage with, or otherwise interfere with Sleebi (or attempt to do any of these things), including security-related features, or restrictions on copying or other uses of Content or Sleebi itself.
  6. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Sleebi, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Sleebi or its systems.
  7. Access Sleebi using any automated means (such as robots, botnets or scrapers) except in the case of public search engines, in accordance with Sleebi’s robots.txt file.
  8. Collect or use any content for the purpose of training AI.
  9. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  10. Cause or encourage any inaccurate measurements of genuine user engagement with Sleebi, including by paying people or providing them with incentives to increase a video’s views, likes, or dislikes, or to increase a channel’s subscribers, or otherwise manipulate metrics.
  11. Misuse any reporting, flagging, complaint, dispute, or appeals process, including by making groundless, vexatious, or frivolous submissions.
  12. Run contests on or through Sleebi without prior written permission from Sleebi.
  13. Use Sleebi to view or listen to Content other than for personal, non-commercial use (for example, you may not publicly screen videos or stream audio from Sleebi).
  14. Use Sleebi to: (a) sell any advertising, sponsorships, or promotions placed on, around, or within Sleebi or its Content (rules for channels are different); or (b) sell advertising, sponsorships, or promotions on any page of any website or application that only contains Content from Sleebi or where Content from Sleebi is the primary basis for such sales (for example, selling ads on a webpage where Sleebi videos are the only content of value).

4. User Content

A user with an account may upload, transmit, or distribute User Content (e.g. text, playlists) to Sleebi. This is NOT Channel Content (e.g. images, videos or audios, see the creator agreement for that). With your account you can remove your User Content at any time. You grant Sleebi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license without compensation, to use, modify, monetize, adapt, publish, perform, print, display, destroy, reproduce, censor, consume, cherish, and distribute your User Content for any reason, in perpetuity, in this universe and all others that do or do not exist.

5. Third-Party Content and Links

Sleebi may contain content from third parties. This includes comments from users, videos from channels, and any other types of media like articles, advertisements or even links to third-party websites. You acknowledge that Sleebi, despite efforts to moderate this content, does not control or endorse, and is not responsible for such content, and you consume it at your own risk. It's strongly encouraged to read the terms and privacy policy of each third-party website and online service you visit.

6. Intellectual Property of Sleebi

Sleebi and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or exploit any part of Sleebi or its content without Sleebi's prior written permission, and that of any additional content owners. You are not allowed to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

7. Donations

You may make donations to Sleebi (which is amazing and really appreciated). All donations are voluntary, final and non-refundable. Donations made to the Ko-Fi page "ObviouslyLuuk" are fully dedicated to the development of the platform. To support creators you can pay for a Sleebi subscription or donate to them directly on their own pages.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time, which includes the deletion of all user data. If you do not hold yourself to these terms and conditions, Sleebi may terminate your account or access to Sleebi, or for any other reason, at any time, in any place, under any circumstances, effective immediately, without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sleebi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Sleebi does not warrant that Sleebi will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, calming, pleasant, cool, or good for you in any way, despite efforts to make it so.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event, except cases of malicious intent or gross negligence, shall Sleebi be liable for any indirect, incidental, accidental, consequential, inconsequential, special, extra-special, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, sleep, energy, vibes, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of Sleebi.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sleebi harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your use of Sleebi or your violation of these Terms.

12. Force Majeure

Sleebi shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of war, natural disasters, acts of God, Satan, Allah, Elon Musk or Google, collapse of society as we know it, pandemics, alien invasion, AI singularity, or government regulations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, as that is where Sleebi is based.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation, online or in whatever location is most convenient for Sleebi.

15. Changes to Terms

Sleebi may update these terms at any time. You may be notified of any changes by email or by a notice on the Sleebi platform, but are advised to check this documents from time to time and refer to the "last updated" date. Your continued use of Sleebi after the effective date of any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

16. Severance

If it turns out that a particular term of this Agreement is not enforceable for any reason, this will not affect any other terms.

17. Assignment

Sleebi may transfer all or part of this Agreement to an Affiliate or, if Sleebi is sold, to a third party.

18. No Waiver

If you do not comply with this Agreement and we do not take action immediately, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as the right to take action in the future).
