Video repeats without ocean sounds - please check timestamps
Tonight we have a guided meditation ASMR focusing on grounding exercises that will help relieve anxiety or stress to make you calm down and fall asleep!
This video includes guided breathing to the sound of the tibetan bowl (singing bowl), countdown for eyes closed including blink on command, and a eyes closed body scan meditation to gently drift you off to sleep!
It's in soft spoken with gentle ear to ear close up whispering for tingles and extra relaxation.
As mentioned, you can close your eyes halfway through this video to more easily fall into a deep sleep.
I've included some ocean sounds in the first version, and as usual, repeats with voice only version so you can choose which one you prefer!
Hope you enjoy 💖

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

PLEASE NOTE: Even though ASMR can help you relax, it is in NO WAY a substitute for medical/psychological counsel, please reach out to your doctor if you're in need of medical support.
